The world we live in makes it hard to have a good relationship with food and our bodies. With all of the conflicting rules we hear about how to "be healthy," it makes sense that it feels impossible to listen to your body and honor its needs.
It doesn't have to feel this way forever. I am excited to help you figure out what health means for you, eat more joyfully, and develop body image resilience in a genuine, non-restrictive, and affirming way.
When your habits and beliefs about food start to interfere with your day-to-day functioning, this can develop into an eating disorder. Having an eating disorder is not your fault, and recovery is possible.
Our work will include: harm reduction, letting go of food rules, eating with more flexibility, responding to eating disorder thoughts, navigating difficult recovery days, an cultivating respect for and connectedness with your body

I offer clinical supervision for dietitians who are looking to get more experience with how to treat eating disorders. Since I have a background in community nutrition, I especially love to work with folks who are serving the eating disorder population in non-traditional settings (like community clinics). I also offer supervision for those getting their CEDS credential hours.

oh hey there! i'm
I feel honored to be able to help my clients heal their relationship with food. My primary aim as your dietitian is to help you feel empowered as the expert of your body, and to create a safe space for you to share and grow. I use a Health at Every Size (HAES)® approach and believe that all bodies are worthy of respect and respectful care. I've been working with folks who have eating disorders for 10 years at all levels of care. I use she/they pronouns.
